I started my career in hospitality long before I ever knew product management was a career. Working in hotel operations taught me to look at technology differently. A system isn’t successful because it has the most features — it’s successful when it solves a real problem for the people using it and creates a better experience for the people they serve.

That perspective eventually led me into hospitality technology and product management, where I’ve spent more than 15 years building products, leading teams and helping organizations turn complicated ideas into things that actually get delivered.

I’ve worked across luxury hospitality, gaming and hospitality technology, leading digital products, SaaS platforms, product organizations and large cross-functional initiatives. Along the way, I’ve learned that the hardest problems are rarely just technology problems. They’re usually clarity problems, alignment problems, prioritization problems. Sometimes they’re simply people problems.

That’s why I created Shameless Innovations.

Today, that work increasingly includes AI. AI can dramatically change how much teams can accomplish, but it doesn’t replace strong product thinking, good judgment or the relationships required to move an organization forward. If anything, those things become even more important.

I’m passionate about helping organizations move from ideas to impact — and about sharing what I’ve learned along the way.
