This policy explains what information we collect through this website (the “Site”) and our AI Maturity & Readiness Assessment (the “Assessment”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or Assessment, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Assessment responses. When you take the Assessment, we record the track you select, your answers, and the resulting focus areas and recommended next steps. This is collected and stored anonymously unless you choose to share your contact details.
• Contact details. If you request that we email your results, we ask for your first name, work email, company, and job title. We use these only to send your results and prompt to you.
• Marketing consent. You may separately opt in to receive insights and resources from us. This choice is never assumed — the box is unchecked by default.
• Usage and analytics. We collect basic analytics events, such as Assessment landing views, starts, completions, and email requests, to understand how the Assessment is used and improve it.
• Local storage. To preserve your progress if you refresh or return, your Assessment answers are saved in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device until you clear it or finish the Assessment.

How We Use Information

• To generate and deliver your Assessment results and personalized prompt.
• To respond to requests and inquiries you submit.
• To analyze and improve the Site, Assessment, and our services.
• To send insights and resources only if you have explicitly opted in.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your Assessment responses to train machine learning models or to select your result — results are determined by fixed, deterministic rules.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver results, such as our hosting, database, and (when configured) email delivery providers. These providers are bound to protect your information and may use it only on our behalf. We never rent or sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

Anonymous Assessment responses and analytics are retained to help us understand patterns and improve the Assessment. Contact details submitted with an email request are kept for as long as needed to deliver the results and respond to your request, and longer only if you opt in to marketing or ask us to stay in touch. You may ask us to delete your contact details at any time.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies. We rely on first-party analytics and browser local storage for Assessment progress. You can clear local storage through your browser settings at any time.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children’s Privacy

The Site and Assessment are intended for organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
